Please Note:

On bespokeonline.uk you are buying directly from an individual artist, maker, or designer of the product that they are selling or a commercial art, craft fabric supplier. 

Question about an order:

Example:

  1. My order hasn’t arrived.
  2. My order has arrived damaged or broken.
  3. I’ve received the wrong item.

All boutique owners have their own policies, which include returns and refunds.  To view, these go to Vendor Policies on their product page. Please email the boutique owner directly first.  You should have received a confirmation email containing their email address when you placed your order.

If they do not respond to your email(s), please contact us via our site contact page or enquiries@bespokeonline.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Please be aware that bespokeonline.uk as a third party are not responsible for the products sold on our site.   Refunds or claims against a seller will need to be processed via your banking service provider
