General Terms of selling on Bespokeonline.uk

  1. UK acts as a quality platform for sellers to sell their products online within their own boutique space.
  2. All purchases made are made through the seller.
  3. UK do not handle any payments, products or refunds. These are the direct responsibility of the seller.
  4. You must be at least eighteen years old to sell on BESPOKEONLINE.UK
  5. You agree to pay the monthly fee on the due date of each calendar month e.g if you start on the 17th of the month, that is your due date. NO NOTICE TO LEAVE REQUIRED.
  6. If funds are not received on the due date the account will automatically be suspended until a request from yourself to be re-instated is received.
  7. We do not provide refunds.
  8. UK acts as a third party sales platform for you to sell agreed products online via a secure payment partner.
  9. You will choose a main category product which will be your main product eg jewellery for which you can have unlimited numbers of items in your boutique.
  10. You will be responsible for photography and uploading images. Photography has to be of good quality in keeping with the site standards. If the standard is not met we reserve the right to remove the photograph (s) eg blurred or out of focus.
  11. UK reserve the right to suspend, remove or cancel any seller at any time and for any reason without refund.
  12. Conduct: you are solely responsible for your behaviour and conduct on BESPOKEONLINE.UK with regard to photography, graphics, images, audio or video and any communications.
  13. You do not represent, speak or communicate in any form on behalf of BESPOKEONLINE.UK
  14. Liability: BESPOKEONLINE.UK is not liable for your: losses, loss of data or revenue, anticipated profits, loss of business, income or profits. Loss of goodwill, reputational damage third party losses or any direct or indirect consequential losses.
  15. You cannot promote any political, non political or religious views in your communications from BESPOKEONLINE.UK
  16. You cannot show or depict any images considered to be pornographic, however abstract they maybe.
  17. The seller is responsible for including all packing and postage costs in ALL prices quoted.
