I am not a UK based business. Would I be eligible to apply?

Not at the moment.  However, as Bespokeonline.Uk continues to grow we plan in the future to include international sellers. If you would like to register your interest here enquiries@bespokeonline.uk and be notified when applications from international businesses are being considered, we would be happy to do that.

Do I have to pay joining or listing fees?

No you do not.

What am I allowed to sell?

You may sell your own quality hand-crafted or handmade items, your own artwork, vintage, upcycling, and where appropriate craft/art/fabric supplies.

Can I add my own URL?

We do not provide URL’s,

You will have your own Bespokeonline.Uk URL e.g bespokeonline.Uk/vendors/your-shop-name

If you do have a URL and hosting provider you could request that they redirect this link to your shop.

 

Can I sell personalised products?

Yes, you just need to list an example of the product and be clear in your description that this product can be personalised, such as adding the person’s name to it. Be crystal clear about what is and isn’t included in the listing price and encourage customers to contact you directly for a quote.

Who can sell on Bespokeonline.Uk?

Any over 18 years old UK-based artist, maker, designer, craft/art/fabric supplier.

Do I need professional images of my products to be accepted?

No. However, we do require clear, well-lit photography, which maximises sales.  

Do the public see my address and telephone number I fill in on the the application form to become a vendor?

No they don’t.  This is for admin purposes only.

Do I have full control over my shop?

Yes.  You list products, manage stock, fulfill orders and no need to set shipping costs because we ask you to add that to the price.  You add your own logo, and branding and have your own Bespokeonline.Uk URL to link to all of your social media pages and business cards.

How many products can I list?

You may list as many products as you wish to.

Can I sell downloadable products?

Yes.  When a customer buys a downloadable product, they are provided a link to download the purchase via email.

Is my shop mobile optimised?

Yes.

How much notice do I need to give if I wish to leave?

No notice is required.  You agree to pay the monthly fee on the due date of each calendar month e.g if you start on the 17th of the month, that is your due date. If funds are not received on that date your account is automatically suspended until a request from yourself to reinstate is received.

What am I allowed to sell?

You may sell your own quality handmade or hand crafted items, your own artwork, and where appropriate craft/art/fabric supplies.

Where do I choose a banner for my boutique?

Join our Facebook group and download a ready-to-go banner or contact us for a more customised option.

What are the banner sizes?

The recommended size for the banner is: 1000 x 300px or 8.47 width x 2.54 cm height.

Are we able to sell to international customers?

Yes, but you must give them a quote for shipping.  We ask that you advise them to do this at the end of your product description.

How many images does each product require.

Each product requires a maximum of 5 images. One feature image, to showcase the product and then 4 additional images to show the details of the product.

Do you have an App?

No, but our site is fully mobile optimised for listing on the go.

How am I paid my sales?

Sales are paid directly to you via our payment provider PayPal.

PayPal is an international secure payment provider that ensures that all payments made are done securely and safely.

Customers do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase with you, but YOU will need one to receive your funds.

I haven’t had a response to my application?

 Have you:

 * Registered and applied to sell with us.  https://bespokeonline.uk/my-account/

 * Sent images of your products either through a link to your website, a photo sharing website or as attachments to the email you will have received on application?

* Waited at least 7 days since you sent us your product photography?

 * Checked your email spam and junk filters

Can I track visitors to my products and shop?

There is no facility to track visitors to individual shops at the moment but this may be something that develops in the future.

How do I know I have an order?

You will receive an email notification when you receive an order.

 

How much does it cost?

£4.95 per calendar month or £5.95 if you sell downloadable products.

Can customers leave product reviews on Bespokeonline.Uk?

At the moment customer reviews are not available, but this is something that may be available as the Bespoke Online grows.
