Bespokeonline.Uk was born out of a real UK high street shop, Bespoke Lichfield, which was founded in 2016. We are a small team of established artists and artisans who run their own successful businesses and fully understand what it takes to make it work in a competitive market.  We offer a safe platform at Bespokeonline.Uk to our boutique owners and our dream is to help them grow.  Everything you see on our platform has been brought to you by someone who is on their very own creative journey!

NO LISTING FEES

Your selling plan is all-inclusive, so there are no listing fees, which allows you to be flexible with your pricing.

NO COMMISSION FEES

We do not charge any commission fees.  Your entire profit is all yours.

TRANSPARENT FEES

A calendar monthly fee of £4.95 or £5.95 (with the addition of our PDF download facility).  The only other fees you are likely to incur are those of your preferred payment method i.e PayPal or BACS.  To sum up NO LISTING OR COMMISSION FEES AT ALL.

UNLIMITED LISTINGS

You have unlimited product listings at anytime that suits you without restrictions subject to our terms and conditions.

FREE PRE-MADE BANNERS

You will have access to free pre-made banners to use for your boutique header to get you started.  You also have the option to have custom store banners created.

YOUR OWN ONLINE BOUTIQUE

By choosing to sell with us, you will have a secure Bespokeonline.uk URL link, online Boutique, and shopping platform to display and sell your products.

SETTING UP YOUR SHOP

Setting up is easy.   On the platform menu list, just a click away you will see a YouTube video showing you how to do it.  If you prefer, we have a shop set up service. Email enquiries@bespokeonline.uk

HELP AND CONTINUED SUPPORT

We are UK based and have a small, but dedicated team to guide you every step of the way.  We respond to most queries within one working day.

You will automatically be invited to join our Facebook vendor group where you will have a wealth of support, advice, not only from the BOL team, but from our community of like minded vendors.

NO MINIMUM CONTRACT

Your plan can be cancelled at anytime, without obligation to continue.

SECURE PAYMENTS. YOUR SALE - YOUR MONEY

Your sale payment is transferred immediately via your PayPal account or a BACS transfer you have arranged with your customer.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Customers are able to leave you a review about your service and products helping to build trust.  Research shows that displaying reviews means more social proof and more revenue.  Reviews can also help your website rank higher in Google.

CUSTOMER ACCESS

As a boutique owner on our platform you will be seen by our UK customers and visitors from abroad to our bricks and mortar shop Bespoke Lichfield and their existing social media channels.

You will get an email confirming your vendor application once you have been approved. Please check your spam folder, if you do not receive an email.
